Cause

Une tentative de trace d'un travail à l'aide de la commande Tracer communications CPI (TRCCPIC) a eu lieu. Cependant, la commande ne s'est pas terminée pour l'une des raisons suivantes :

  • Vous avez tenté de démarrer une autre trace CPI-Communications sur un travail alors qu'une trace CPI-Communications était toujours active pour ce travail.
  • Vous avez tenté de tracer un travail dont le service est assuré par un autre travail.

An attempt was made to trace a job using the Trace CPI Communications (TRCCPIC) command. However, the command did not complete for one of the following reasons: -- You tried to start another CPI-Communications trace on a job while a current CPI-Communications trace was still active for the job. -- You tried to trace a job that is being serviced by another job.

Procédez comme suit :

  • Si vous avez tenté de démarrer une autre trace CPI-Communications sur un travail alors qu'une trace CPI-Communications était toujours active, relancez la commande TRCCPIC une fois la trace CPI-Communications active terminée. Vous pouvez terminer la trace CPI-Communications active en utilisant les options de trace SET(*OFF) ou SET(*END) de la commande TRCCPIC.
  • Si vous avez tenté de tracer un travail dont le service est assuré par un autre travail, renouvelez votre demande lorsque le service du travail n'est plus assuré. Utilisez la commande Afficher état du service (DSPSRVSTS) pour déterminer si le service du travail est assuré.

Do the following: -- If you tried to start another CPI-Communications trace on a job while a current CPI-Communications trace was still active, retry the TRCCPIC command after the active CPI-Communications trace is completed. You can complete the active CPI-Communications trace by using the SET(*OFF) or SET(*END) trace option settings of the TRCCPIC command. -- If you tried to trace a job that is being serviced by another job, try again when the job is not being serviced. Use the Display Service Status (DSPSRVSTS) command to determine if the job is being serviced.
